We thank Deutschmann Law and the Brain Injury Association for coming to Franklin today to do a presentation on bicycle safety and then fitting and presenting each Grade 3 child with a brand new helmet to keep them safe riding bikes, scooters, roller blades etc.  Here is Cindy Miller fitting a helmet to a lucky student.
