Franklin P.S. is hiring!! If you are great with people – children and adults alike – are firm and consistent while being kind and caring,  and have some time throughout your day, we need you. There are two paid positions that Franklin needs to fill as of the start of the 2021-22 school year both of which have the safety of students as the main focus. A police check would be required and there would be training that would need you to complete as designated by the board office. These are positions where one person could fill both roles, or they could be covered by separate people. We also have the flexibility so that one person could cover both positions on certain days of the week and someone else could cover them on other days.

We are also looking for people who could step into these roles for a day or two at a time to cover for absences.

Position #1 –  Supervision Monitor – overseeing children during nutrition breaks – 2 shifts of 40 minutes each – 11:20 to 12 noon and from 1:30 to 2:10 – rate of pay is $14.78 an hour

Position #2 – Parking Monitor – ensuring that students are safe as they come to school and leave the school, limit cars coming into the parking lot at those times to only essential vehicles – 2 shifts of 30 minutes each – 9:05 to 9:35 am and 3:25 to 3:55 pm – rate of pay is $14.25 an hour with a potential increase expected in October
