2016-2017 Kindergarten

Registration Information

We are very excited to welcome our new Kindergarten children at Franklin PS.  Franklin PS offers Full Day Kindergarten (all day, every day) and the Before & After School Program.

Registration for Junior and new Senior Kindergarten students will take place in the Library at Franklin PS on the following days:

Wednesday February 10th from               12:30pm – 4:00pm

Thursday February 11th from                     9:30am – 1:00pm

Children born in 2012 will attend Junior Kindergarten.

Children born in 2011 will attend Senior Kindergarten.

Please contact the school at 519-893-1334 between 8:30am – 4:00pm to set up an appointment to register your child/children.

For your convenience the registration forms can be obtained by the following methods:

Board Website – wrdsb.on.ca	Requesting to have the forms mailed to your home address
Coming into the school to pick up forms	Sending forms home with a sibling
