“The Canadian Parents For French (CPF) Ontario is offering registration for free virtual French enrichment programs…. students from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 12 in Core French, French Immersion and Extended French! These programs, funded by the Ministry of Education, will be offered from May to August to support French as a Second Language students. Our virtual programs will be delivered by university students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor of Education program and OCT certified teachers. An after school opportunity for a BRIXOLOGY Extra-Curricular Program. Children “learn about different types of engineering and team up to construct a different engineering-themed project using LEGO® bricks. See School-Day for details.

Stanley Park Eats program runs every Wednesday between 11AM and 12PM. Everyone who arrives can take two meals home (2 handhelds and 2 sides).

The Food Bank of Waterloo Region distributes food hampers right outside Stanley Park community centre every Wednesday from 11AM to 12PM. Guests need to show that they live within the Stanley Park boundary area.

Every Wednesday and Friday evenings a hot meal with a hot side is provided from the hut outside the centre from 6:30 PM to 7: 30 PM.

The Brain Injury Association Waterloo-Wellington is excited to announce their 2025 bike helmet giveaway event, made possible by their sponsor, Kitchener Rangers Community Fund. Free bicycle helmets will be given to children in Kitchener who cannot otherwise afford them. The event will be located in the parking lot of the BIAWW Office (1-41 River, Rd.
