Hello Franklin Families and Guardians. Children return to school tomorrow!! We hope that your children have had some rest and relaxation and are ready to come back.

Reminders:

1. Occupational Therapists and Assistants from KidsAbility SBRS Team will be offering two summer group options including School Readiness and Fine Motor and Movement. See prior School-Day messages for more information. 
2. Family Night is coming up on April 3rd. See School-Day for more information and if you are interested in ordering popcorn that can be picked up that day.
3. Kindergarten registration is still open…..please register your little ones.

5. Before & After school programs will resume normal operating hours 7am-school start and dismissal bell-6pm tomorrow, March 17th.
6. If you are interested in registering your child for basketball on Wednesdays from April 9th to May 28th, registration ends tomorrow, March 17th. Please see School-Day for more information.

10. On March 26 or April 1st, EQAO staff will discuss math questions that Ontario students encounter when they participate in Ontario’s large-scale assessments. These assessments are taken by all Ontario students in Grades 3, 6 and 9.

11. March 31st is a PD Day. There is no school for students that day.

12. A message from our Family Night Coordinator…..We need your help! We are trying to create raffle baskets for our family night. Each pod is responsible for one theme. If you are able, please consider sending in a new or unused item to fit the theme. Themes are as follows:

Pod 1 (rooms 1,2,3) sweet treats

Pod 2 (rooms 5,6,7,8,9) movie night

Pod 3 (rooms 10,11,12,13,14) games/family fun

Pod 4 (rooms 15,17) sports fun

Pod 5 (rooms 20,21,22,23) arts and crafts

Kindie (rooms 19,24,25,26,27) outdoor fun
